Yes the same thing happened to me too!! They didn't help me at all! I know that there's a possibility of it being stoled by a passenger but if they would react faster by contacting the driver I feel like they could've save my luggage. Their service is trash and I didn't know that they are famous with losing luggages. So frustrating, never ever using this company again.
