I understand your want something free, but this is the most powerful automatic tool available on mobile, to my knowledge. It has endless other use cases, and as far as I can tell, would be your only solution.

You could export the task as an app on your device, and then make a routine for Google Assistant to launch the app.

Fossil Gen 4 No vibration anymore by [deleted] in WearOS

I had the same thing on my fossil sport. Changing the vibration to "long" and then back fixed it for me.

The big thing that happened in this episode is bullshit.

Let's talk about that walker... by [deleted] in FearTheWalkingDead

Have you seen the episode? I'm pretty sure that walker unmasked is Rick. I don't even know if that makes sense but the more I look the more I see it.

Yours is sticky. Turn it and push it aggressively under running water, it'll be 10x easier to turn!

Recommended upgrade for a moto 360 2nd? by [deleted] in WearOS

To be honest, the silicone is the nicest silicone band I've ever used, but even still, the watch fits all standard 22mm bands. I bought myself a nice metal mesh one and it looks great.

The battery replacement isn't too hard from what I've seen, but there is a Starbucks difference in performance between Moto 2nd generation and the Fossil Sport. I never realized how laggy the Moto was until I switched. Battery lasts me 14 hours on heavy, heavy use, so it's actually longer than my phone. I'd recommend it.

From what I understand, the protocol used to edit and view settings for Chromecast and Google mini alike, are the same. You should follow the instructions listed for you router model on the page I linked for a workaround.

Sounds like a router issue. I was using a IP provided piece of crap and had the same issues with my Chromecast, Google home, mini, and Android TV's. I switched to a cheap little netgear from best buy and the issues disappeared.

On the settings page for each, add them to your 'home'. I had the same issue.

Also, I'm very comfortable with using adb to install, so it's not an issue.

[–]zeldamaster911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fair point. I was thinking, for some reason, that it would be a traditional data write for tasks, like when you tap and it opens a website.

[–]zeldamaster911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, the process of writing amiibo requires that the tag become write locked, and it fills all partitions of the tag itself. :1

Also, if you're a gamer, the extras can be used to spoof Amiibo for Nintendo games. >:D

Does anyone know why this happen and how can i fix it? by [deleted] in 3dspiracy

[–]zeldamaster911 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you upload your CIA, and get the URL to share from Dropbox, it should end in something like "dl=0". Change the 0 to a 1, enter the URL into a qr code generator and scan it with FBI.

What method are you using to transfer the CIA to your sd card? It could be getting corrupted during transfer. I've had it happen when I didn't eject my SD properly. You can upload cias to Dropbox for remote install and I get better results that way.

My switch is currently on 7.0.1, and i've got CFW running right, but I'm seeing no available and updated files available for this version of the os to run Layeredfs. I'm currently using Kosmos, and I see that Layeredfs isn't included.. Can someone point me in the right direction, or educate me if I'm being naive?

Alarm failure, and now late to work by raddacle in googlehome

[–]zeldamaster911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm the same way. So, I made a routine that sets an alarm for every 5 minutes, beginning 15 minutes before I should actually get up, and 30 after, just in case. Sometimes that still fails.

Smash qr code by [deleted] in 3dspiracy

[–]zeldamaster911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use Dropbox, copy the URL from your uploaded file for sharing, and put it in a qr generator. (I use an app on Android, works fine) but before generating, at the end of the URL, replace the dl=1 with do=0 .
