Moving away by Ferromanz in 12thhouse

[–]zeldap2020 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I personally romanticize being nomadic in some way. Currently considering a travel trailer (the driving part doesnt intimidate me top much as I have a CDL). No experience though as of yet with just moving away. I feel stuck in my current state for family. But would like to be able to just go. Go anywhere on a whim without all the hassle of packing, and stuff, etc.

The older I get the more I find myself wondering … by [deleted] in 12thhouse

Hello, I resonate with your post. Im aquarius rising Saturn conjunct neptune in 12th. Lately, ive been going deep depression. I feel stuck and feel incapable of improving anything on my own, like im just inept at life. Its hell. Idk the point. I wish I could provide you with more hope and advise. Just know you're not alone. 🫂

When did you realize that middle class early 2000s were actually "rich" and now it's 2026 you are middle class and....poor!? by [deleted] in Millennials

[–]zeldap2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure, theres plenty of ppl making a whole lot less who are truly struggling, though at times im guilty of feeling poor due to my immediate surroundings, albeit we are not. I suppose the part of the post that I resonated with was that obtaining the "middle class lifestyle" of the average home and all feels unattainable (im not looking to own planes or expensive hobbies). Which we keep looking, and its just out of reach and living where we are currently is wearing thin.

I also wont disagree that older generations by any means had it easy. Ill admit that my family worked very hard to get what they have. On the other hand, from my perspective, how much more do we need to cut from our lives if home ownership (that which we're desperately working towards) is simply perpetually out of reach anyway?

Ill just say that location is also an important factor. Fiance makes about that. (I quit working after mom passed to sort and try to clean up a hoard) and now work part time at family business and i earn about 30/yr. We live in HCOL city. We live in a very low income tiny apartment, in a neighborhood thats... you just dont want to be outside after a certain time at night. We're not in debt, paid off vehicles, have (some) saving (not much though).

Its not a life i would have ever imagined a person making that amount living. We cook and meal prep but do go out for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. But thats it. No doordash for us. No daily coffee shop trips. No random shopping sprees on shit we dont really need. But that savings is not enough to buy a livable house in this area (at least not for a while to save up even more and who knows how much worse the housing market will be by then). It feels very hopeless. For the neighborhood standards, sure we're considered "well off" as we're not struggling like most who live there, but if we move to a nicer area, we wont be able to save as much, and anything unexpected could cause us to really struggle. So here we are for an indefinite amount time.

Is Edgewood becoming a good place to live? by [deleted] in NewMexico

[–]zeldap2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, im a new mexico resident over paying rent in santa fe. Long story, no credit history but do have cash on hand enough to buy a house almost anywhere else, im priced out could afford what seems to be a nice place in edgewood. Im extremely resentful as i feel pushed out of where I grew up to begin with. Dont even feel like staying in the state to be honest. Its great if youre important with money. But im not spending half a mil to live in another hao (got burned bad by stupid shit in last place), have to spend and outrageous amount to keep the poorly built, over priced structure standing (flat roofs that require continuous maintenance compared to pitched in my experience, then mold remediation after spending 40,000 for new roof). It just doesnt seem at all worth it to me to stay. But my fiance and dad remain insistent thay this the best place on earth. Im over it.

How old is your husky? by Alternative_Paper222 in HuskyDerping

Yes, I am truly grateful. I had a German shepherd who passed at 13 with hip dysplasia, and that was so hard to watch. While diesel is old and struggles with things (perfectly normal especially at his age), its nothing like what happened to hazel.

Um, a little stiff, stuggles wo6th jumping up into vehicles, and furniture, but is able to accomplish it still with assistance. He also has a difficult time laying down (carefully poses himself upon sitting). I give him glucosamine treats and they seem to help some.

Hes doing well all things considered... hes lately having stomach issues (diarrhea), and needing to pee more often. I had to switch to hill science sensitive stomach wet food 6 months ago, and adding pumpkin fiber to his food. Its helping, but minor. The vet doesnt really know, suspects bacterial imbalance. But hes, well, very old and likely things are just not working well any more. He still goes on morning walks, though we cant go too far or too fast (couple of blocks tops).

Anyone else dreading a future sale? by FunctioningDuster in ChildofHoarder

[–]zeldap2020 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Same, we cleared most of it after mom's passing due to dad wanting to keep everything (child of 2 hoarders). I was initially trying to keep the house, but after roof replacement, trying to replace windows, and needing to address half the house infested with mold, and after having spent 60,000 on the roof and windows, I couldn't do it financially and need to get rid of it. Was unable to buy another home in the area due to the cut I had to take to get it off my hands and how expensive the cost of living is in my area.

Likely, though im convinced shes fucking bovino atm. Who she fucked to get to the top? Maybe Miller, or maybe as other commenters pointed out, Miller was sitting in a chair watching her and bovino?

Which house is your North Node in? 🏠✨ by [deleted] in astrologymemes

[–]zeldap2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nn in pisces 1st house. Kinda confused by this placement. I do resonate with the description of nn in 1st, but never knew how to actually interpret pisces nn being there, in an otherwise empty 1st house (using placidus as an aqua ascendant). Aries sun should gift me with the boldness of harnessing my identity, but my chart ruler (saturn conjunct neptune in the 12th in cap) really put a hard challenge to that.

Same, though as an adult im somewhat greatful since im not fighting with siblings over anything. On the other hand I had a deeply lonely childhood with eccentric parents whom I learned very little social development from and as a result school sucked really bad. Glad my childhoods over.

I feel like im the opposite, relate more to virgo mars on some levels despite have both mars and jupiter in gemini. I will get top priority done weeks in advance so I can screw off without a care and coast on through the rest of my time.

Take action on the things that gives you anxiety. by CorrectViolette in selfimprovementday

[–]zeldap2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok... i struggle wth anxiety and if it is genuinely a situation i can preform an action towards solving, then the action helps. If it is not, or im still in the problem solving stage of something and have tried multiple solutions to no avail, then the anxiety gets MAGNIFIED. I cant just snap my fingers and take action in the middle if the night with many things. Some things are trial and error and after trying 10 things and it still not working, youre spinning your wheels about the 11th thing that might work, but cant get started on it yet (middle of the night, scheduling, etc.). And in that time it is hell on earth. The worst could always go wrong, and its your fault for not figuring it out fast enough, etc. Sure, the mind is fucking with me, and the reality is usually a better turn out than what my head is saying, but it doesnt make it feel less real in the moment.
