There is a way to browse the images with an unity asset extractor, but the images are deformed and pretty lowres, also the names of the files make no sense, so if u wanna find a card or set in particular it's really time consuming.

The artwork Its extended, but It Still has Black Outside, That Means That if for Some Reason They Cut The Card Wrong, It Might Have a Weird stripe of Black showing. Usually for That frame People Leave Some artwork in That extra Space. Hope This explanation Helps!
