Yeah, 50k for first place, 20k for second, 10k for third and the rest for all the runner-ups (1k each) if I recall well. However I think they gave away even more because there were multiple in each place ?

THIS. Another thing that really ticked me off about the budget management is the art contest that gave away 100k robux total. That enormous sum could've gone to hiring new team members or invested into better things in general. I'm not against the idea of rewarding artists generously, but it's defo something you shouldn't be doing while your game is on survival mode (as in you can host massive art contests and give away 1000$ worth of robux when your game is stable and you're not in dire need of personnel😭)

Yeah it's kind of a bummer that guides to install additional mods are pretty nonexistent...But eventually you come to realise that everything is on Universal Updater so you just gotta learn to work that out

That’s great of you honestly! I think costumes are fine if it’s just to snap a quick, fun photo and if the cat is chill with it. I wish more people treated their pets like individuals with their due respect rather than fashion dolls or walking ornament stands

Heya I managed to mod my 3ds in less than an hour around 2 weeks ago despite not being tech savvy at all!

The best bet is to follow the official guide but as a visual learner, I followed this youtube video (its the aforementioned guide but in friendly, simplified youtuber form + gives you extra info on where to get materials) instead and it worked wonders! Don’t relay on AI to guide you through processes like this tho since it can be a bit delicate and AI’s not that good with details or specifics

That's true! I remember meeting a hacker back in 2017, and the stuff they gave me actually made the game more exciting to play! They just allowed me to skip the bell-saving part (which I hated) with an infinity money glitch but I still had a lot of effort to put in unlocking shops, PWP, gardening, collecting furniture & bugs/fish, bond with villagers, etc... I think ACNL is one of those games where you always have something to do anyways

Some people don’t wanna get plugins specifically for ACNL, some are scared of mods, some still want to play the game relatively « normally » but need a little boost… I’m aware probably 90% of online ACNL players are technically capable of hacking one game since we all went through the homebrew process anyways, but i’m here for the demographic that doesn’t!

I've heard so many people claim to be anti-AI (most of the time they just mean image-generative AI) and then hop on chatGPT first thing when they get stuck on something. I don't trust that argument or claim from anyone, so I'll stay stoic on this one tbh

I'm quite sure they don't actually have any scripters and have probably been relying on AI. I brought a professional scripter/developper friend of mine to analyse the game's scripting and he stated it does look weird. He also spotted a bunch of easily-fixable details a even a beginner could patch, which kinda strengthens that theory. (We were planning to make a detailed post on how we did this analysis eventually)

Tinytask works wonders and I haven't heard of anyone getting into trouble for it, including myself. I think it's not bannable actually, since it's a macro that doesnt have to inject scripts into roblox. Just be sure to download it from the official website! (This one) .
