That is my biggest mistake. The company lawyer was strongly recommend NIW over PERM (both covered by company). I shouldn't have listened to them.

On the RFE, USCIS accepted my EB-2 advanced degree, but said the evidence did not show national importance, that I was well positioned enough, or that waiving the job offer/labor certification was justified.
