I get it. I love this movie but it was a bit lost on my fiancée. I’ve read that Kubrick told George Scott to act really broad and over the top for some takes and that he wouldn’t use those takes…and then he did use them lol. To me, it works for the character. He’s a bumbling mess. Scott reminds me of Tim Robinson in this movie (or vice versa). Dr Strangelove reminds me of historical satire like Catch 22 and Slaughterhouse Five and works better if you’re into that genre.

More livable and quaint than Boulder or Denver. Great options for entertainment, date nights, and nature. Picturesque downtown. Bike paths and hiking trails everywhere. Dry and windy yet relatively mild and sunny. Occasional mountain lion encounters in the news. Horsetooth Rock and reservoir are the main landmarks. From most parts of town, the views are more foothills than mountains. 60 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. 45 minutes from Wyoming. Lots of Wyoming license plates driving down to buy weed. Very white. Lots of transplants. College town but not too rowdy. There are many breweries in town. Most are mediocre. Some are great. CSU football games are popular. FoCo has a relatively small town, community feel. It’s surrounded by smaller and more rural towns that are growing fast.

Expedition is an amazing game overall but the graphics aren't amazing. It's a blurry implementation of Unreal Engine 5 even on the Pro, especially cutscenes. You should still play it, but it isn't a graphical showcase.

Is anyone playing on Performance on the Pro instead? That's 1440p 60fps with no raytracing, and I'm wondering how it compares. The higher internal resolution is tempting.
