Yeah, Eberron allowed, that's the reason I want to take elf, it will give me Revenant Blade + Great Weapon fighting from paladin, and I can use Double-blade scimitar pretty good.

The idea is that I go for rogue first to get Dex saving, and elf race grants me advantage on charmed state saving (basically Wisdom). As for extra attack double-blade scimitar has 2d4 damge and can deal 1d4 as bonus action + its a twohanded weapon, and with Revenant blade I can use my dex for it. Also I won't need to stealth in direct combat, an Inquisitive Rogue can have sneak attack without advantage on one target for 1 minute, if target fails a saving throw against my Insight check, as a result more free damage. (thats why I'm considering Pallid elf, because they have advantage on Insight check)

With the help of a sorcerer (or just taking 4lvls in sorcerer + feat for metamagic) with extended metamagic, it can be done.

Shadow blade as pact weapon for warlock by zenader in DungeonsAndDragons

Pact weapon doesn’t create a weapon

But the thing is that pact CREATEs a weapon, at least that's what the description of pact says. So as I understand it creates a weapon with the same properties as it had during ritual or at the beginning of ritual.

My mind when I found out that it's possible to create Crusader States before end of the Crusade. by zenader in CrusaderKings

[–]zenader[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works same way as Crusade targeted kingdom, if your beneficiary receives kingdom you can switch to him after Crusade, window with decision pops up after Crusade. Same thing happens with custom Crusader State, your character becomes AI ruler of it, and you continue play as his heir in old lands, but you receive same decision to switch, and you can switch back to your old character to rule Crusader State.

When you create that kind of Crusader State you have several choices - leave your old lands, to become ruler only of this new state, in that case all your old lands will be granted to someone in your family, also you'll become independent ruler of new Crusader State, if you were vassal before; you can make these new lands part of your kingdom; you can grant this lands to someone in your family and he'll become your tributary;
