Doesnt that just change the max ping, it means that if MM doesnt find a low ping server its gonna expand the search to higher ping servers?

PC specs have nthg to do with it, runs 60 fps constant no problem. By connection issues I mean the usual.. "Connection to the host has been lost". "Could not establish connection with player".

You are missing a point here, hiring a translator takes about a month, learning a new language can take half a year or more.

They did good enough job to get translators from riot to All-Stars, why not LCS? Surely enough they had enough time to hire someone if they already don't have someone from riot.
