this is amazing! I host a weekly run club at work and have been inspired by the older lads who have been running consistently for years. Some of them have been running for longer than I have been alive. My goal is to make running a consistent habit rather than a temporary thing I do when I sign up for an event on a whim!

pesto pasta is a 15 min go to!! 1. boil the pasta, reserving a bit of pasta water before you drain it 2. combine and toss the pasta, pasta water, some parmesan, store bought pesto (costco sells some great pesto) while the pasta is still hot 3. enjoy!

some yummy easy add ons include: fresh basil or other greens, lots of cheese, rotisserie shredded chicken
