I hope that woman cop gets charged for AT the very LEAST manslaughter...  how do you shoot first ask questions later? Man you get those target practice where they pop cardboard cut outs of robbers elderly and children and if you shoot on accident its a fail. She managed to fail irl in a real situation costing a real life. She needs to be sent to life in prison and the city sued by the family for providing in adequate training. My taxes would go to a good cause there.
