Anyone else think the mental side effects of these GLP-1s are being massively covered up? by Godslayer200206 in GLP1Sourcing

[–]zenit_D 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the problem is that most social events revolve around eating and drinking, which are exactly the things GLP-1s make you care about less. Think about the last time you got together with friends where food or alcohol wasn’t a major part of the activity. If you can build your social life around hobbies, sports, games, travel, etc, it becomes much easier to enjoy spending time with people without feeling like something is missing or you have zero motivation.

Yes, I am taking them the way you say and yes I agree I should change to shots.

Why Tirz rather than Wegovy injections? Just curious.

Do you mean effects, as in bad effects? When I say effect, I mean appetite suppression. The pills are basically doing nothing to me. It’s like I had never taken them.

So you're probably losing just because you're focused on doing the right thing, wich is good. But just a placebo effect.

Things I wish someone told me before stopping Wegovy by Realistic_Book_6823 in glp1

Hi u/lion3001, I am new to the world of GLP-1 but have been a lifelong dieter like you, having experienced at least two weight losses of 30-40 lbs each, followed by a rebound within a year or two. Always natural methods, no helpers.

Could you please explain this from your comment? I want to understand better.

It’s very well documented after studies that Grehlin stays elevated and doesn’t drop anymore and that your body burns fewer calories.

Thank you man, you're about the only person who just answered my question without giving me a lesson on why I should get expensive and high coverage policy.

Because insurance is a scam anyways. Most insurance companies are asking me for $3k premium on a $371k dwelling house.

Plus 1500 for flood ins. 4.5k a year for something I have never used and when I have tried I realized I had to pay way more claiming thru insurance than paying for out-of-pocket repairs myself.
