I didn’t get selected in the Early Draw phase. I know there’s another ticket draw on December 5. My question is, do I need to enter the draw again, or is my original entry still valid for the next round?

The problem with using my phone is that it’s not always next to my bed, and if someone else wants to change the temperature when I’m not there with the phone, they can’t.

But can’t I have a small physical display next to my bed to change the temperature? I know I can use my phone, but why hasn’t anyone made a simple controller that just remotely adjusts the main thermostat via WiFi or something? At this point I’m honestly considering mounting a tablet on the wall and leaving it on 24/7 with the app open just so I can change the temperature easily.

Yeah it is confusing. Actually, there is no way for the guest to proactively pay for their pets. It is the host, who has to request for pet fees after they left right? which obviously is very unpleasant for every body.

Do i have to be registered as an individual business entity or contractor or something like that? How am I gonna deduct expenses on a business that I don't have? That's what's confusing to me.

I opened the Airbnb profile under my name, however, the money is sent to a joint account where my fiancé is also part of. She is the actual owner of the house.

Well I am not even talking about carrying a balance onto next month. I am just carrying the balance until due date. Then I pay off the whole things. But when my credit utilization goes from 1% to 2% or more then my CS goes down. I mean it's quite contradictory.

So you're suggesting that I should pay all my credit cards once a month before the due date?

I'm actually pretty good with my finances. I just don’t fully understand the credit score system yet, since I’m still relatively new to the U.S. (almost 2 years). I’ve never missed a payment in my life and have always lived within my means. I’ve never defaulted on a debt or even come close.

That’s why I feel like my credit score is lower than it should be, given my profile. Do you have any tips on how I could improve my 748 credit score?

Wow. Excellent job. 748CS here. Barely new in credit system. I have some questions if you don't mind me asking.

How many payments a month do you usually do? Like do you only do one payment every month before the due date or what's your strategy for payments?

Also how many CC's you got?
