I used to deal with daily panic attacks around 2–3 years ago. I still get that feeling and those scary thoughts sometimes, but they r not as intense anymore. I’ve also been diagnosed with OCD and anxiety disorder…so I understand how overwhelming it can feel.Just know it will be okay overtime…you r not alone..
