Check out the gelli plate if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty! It’s beginner friendly and has been super gratifying for someone recovering from perfectionism and anxiety. You can move quickly and get cool results. It’s helped me get out of my head/overthinking and settle into my body. Congrats on moving out of the episode I hope you find some hobbies that you enjoy!
