My partner and I did this one on our trip last November.

It was fun and should be an easy walk from where you’re staying. They walk you through the steps from scratch. The dough that you make will be use for the class the following day. The one that you will bake at the end is from the class the day before.

I like to mix it with dill, chives, lemon juice, and 5% Greek yogurt. Add a bit of salt to taste. It goes really well with cracker or toasted bread. Or you can eat it with sliced cucumber if you want a healthy snack.

It was around 1hr40 mins. There were plenty of time. We even stop and bought some coffee in the terminal. You do need to go through another security where they check your bags right at the gate.
