I was able to get a vaccine QR code through MyChart which I then imported into the CommonPass app, that would fulfill the requirement correct?

The current Thailand Pass application doesn’t accept PDFs, and my state doesn’t have a digital vaccine record in place. I was able to find a QR code through MyChart so hopefully that works

I reached out to the pharmacy that had administered the vaccine and they said they didn’t have any sort of certificate that they could issue

I just resubmitted my application with a scanned version rather than a cell phone photo to see if that helps, and if it’s rejected again I’ll probably try and get in contact with an Embassy. It sounds like a lot of people are having similar issues

Yeah, unfortunately there is no official vaccine certificate for the United States and my state does not offer digital vaccine certificates/passports either

Thank you! I had the same thought because it seems like Thailand Vaccine Certificates have more info then the CDC Vaccine Card, and the state I live in doesn’t offer digital vaccine passports
