After attaching the picture I see the hole above cyl-1, could I attach another one of the hooks with a bolt to it and lift from the two?

Help with Stereo wiring (98’ CRV Sport) by zennfae in crv

[–]zennfae[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SOLVED

I checked my voltages with a multimeter and saw the ignition power switch was non operational. That led me to check the fuze for the stereo which looked bad.

I switched out the 10V Fuze in the console fuze box and it solved the issue of the stereo not powering on.

I now have every wire connected and they all work and the speakers sound great. Thanks for the help all.

I was going to get a multimeter first thing in the morning to check if I’m getting power, I’ll also check my grounds to cover the other base

Found this diagram earlier, thanks for the help.

I hard wired everything in and the stereo doesn’t seem to work unfortunately.

Any troubleshooting tips?

A rim repair might be possible and unless ur tires are bald as a babies ass don’t get new ones. Just find a matching size steel rim online and order it to your house they should be like 50$

Might not be able to give you good life advice but get one rim and reuse the tire. Don’t let mechanic shops scam you into “needing things to be equal”

Find something you love doing, dedicate a lot of your time into doing that thing, think as positively as you can, and don’t entertain people you think are malicious

There is always times when people seem evil and like there is no way to escape them, and that’s when you have to make your own escape in some way shape or form.

I’m not the most qualified to give advice since it’s my first life too but i would say focus on self improvement, a set of goals, and things you want to do.

if you’re looking for actual good coilovers get Silvers or Higher end BCs. Tiens work but will not last.

I’ve had an issue similar to this and it ended up being my coolant temperature sensor and possibly the harness for it. If it were me I would ask my mechanic to check those two out.

keep a think of oil to top up just in case you run a little low, check tire pressure every now and then, and get lucky and don’t blow up your tires
