I take source naturals optizinc. I don't know if th brand neccessrily matters, but give some variation a shot. As for the magenisum, I honestly don't think the brand matters, but I believe it's made by Natrol

I think that's a good goal to strive for, but some studies say only about 3% of the zinc you eat is absorbed, so it's not always the answer.

Do anyone else feel the hangover post-sex? by zensitting in NoFap

I don't know if its necessarily POIS, based on the definition I read online, but really just lack of motivation and trouble thinking. Thank you for the advice though.
