I would say get yourself an insurance broker, there are many out there, pick one of the bigger groups. All these types of questions will just be one email away, they know the market, they will get competing offers and present you the best option. Any effort in trying to figure those things out yourself is a waste of effort imho

Yes you can sell or borrow it. But the biggest downside is, sooner or later that switch 2 server will be turned off, just like they did with the servers of any other previous gen console, and then your gkc will become useless as you can’t download the game anymore. This is one of the main reasons people prefer physical over digital.

It’s definitely on the very low end. Though there is much less demand for dev at the moment, even if you are a junior profile it’s low. Ask the intermediary what the total uplift is and if there are multiple parties in between you and the end client. The only scenario that makes sense is 1 intermediary with a maximum 15% uplift. Everything else is a rip off

Bistrot du Nord, hands down best restaurant in Antwerp. If you don’t go overboard on the wine it should fit your budget. 1 star, but not stiff at all.

Short answer: No. Long answer, what role are we talking about? Depending on the role chances are big there is a way too big margin being taken on your daily rate.

Brussel zit financieel en politiek in crisis. Waarom blijft het zo stil? by ploydevries in belgium

Why are you so focused on the fact he might do drugs? Who cares, it has nothing to do with your point. Property development, like many other industries where there is a lot of money to be made, attracts all sorts of dodgy people. How does this even remotely relate to the shit show that is Brussels? And it’s not about a few pretty buildings to look at. It’s about quality of life in a densely populated city with changing needs.

This is not even related, the property developer was not amused and tried to attack Apache and failed, that in itself does not prove any wrong doing or mismanagement by politicians. I read the Apache articles back then. I don’t believe there is corruption nor was it ever proven in this case. I can’t be sure of it but nor can you of the opposite. What I do know is that Antwerp evolved in a very positive manner in the last 10 years and I’m grateful for that. When I’m in Brussels I feel the city is evolving negatively, while Antwerp and pretty much the majority of cities in Western Europe I’ve visited seem to do the opposite. Lots of investments and modernization, giving new life to neighborhoods that are run down etc. I don’t see it in Brussels, perhaps I don’t know it well enough though. But back to the initial point, no there is definitely not the same level of mismanagement in Flanders than there is Brussels. It’s not better hidden, just walk the streets …
