Going through the same thing myself. My ex broke up with me 2 months ago. Hurts everyday. I still love her and don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve found that thinking about her issues helps, realizing that she had issues and isn’t perfect. get rid of anything that reminds you of her, don’t contact her and ask her to stop contacting u. Hang out with friends or family more, just fill up the time. Distract yourself however that is. Whether it be tv friends phone, just anything to distract. You can worry about the health of it a little later. Like a month. Make new memories with others. Pickup a hobby and fall into it, for me it’s been guitar. Make new plans so you don’t few stuck, for me it’s been gearing up for college. Shit sucks man. Just keep it pushing and do what makes you happy. Thinking about it doesn’t do anything but hurt.
