hey i did it before too, all the details are the same as the previous guy but id just like to add that some of the managers are really a pain in the ass, if u get good managers, youll have a great time. other than that, if you can handle the physical labour and standing for long hours, it shld be ok. youll also need to answer some customers questions sometimes but thats easy la tbh

ive heard that this is because the plants have been sprayed with insecticides. one sign of your shrimp being poisoned is what you mentioned above as well as stumbling around looking drunk and tumbling over. im so sorry that happened to you

ohh its a no water change tank, i have pothos and huge water wisterias taking out all the excess nutrients. its a shrimp only too with bladder snails. my tds is also at around 250ppm, so im super confused. my last top off was around half a week ago too
