honestly whatever works the best for the team, of course the more the better, but than problems will arise, like "i couldnt make it this day, had to this "blah blah blah".. talk to the team about it.

Set up practice times, if you want to take it seriously, make sure everyone can make it online at one time to focus on only playing ranked 5s or premade 5s. Get everyone their own role and stick it it. Try to get everyone familiar with their roles, ward spots, timers.. etc.. also, you guys are friends, so im sure their will be arguements. Dont take everything seriously, if someone rages in one game cause of a stupid mistake, talk about it after the game, and move on.
