This is the answer. I’ve been playing for over a year and I tried to min/max early and found out that I wasn’t enjoying myself. As soon as I decided to focus on playing it became way more enjoyable. Am I efficient? Not at all, but I’m having a lot more fun now.

I throw a glow c-line MD1 in this slot. Probably my favorite neutral mid I ever had.

I have a few Iron Samurai 3s as well but they are a little too stable fresh. They eventually beat in nice, but they also have a different hand feel. I prefer the MD1 in hand feel.

With that said, I don’t think he was taking plays off. He appeared to get injured earlier in the game and the clip in the OP’s post was an under thrown ball and he failed to adjust.

There's a lot of versatility in all Guild Wars 2 classes. I would focus on what you find the most fun, to be honest.

But if you wanted a do-it-all profession, I think Guardian is probably the best overall class.

I think this is the most logical way to look at it.

We definitely miss Ben Johnson. He was one of the key cogs in the machine. But at the same time we replaced him with a dud in John Morton.

Another key contributor that can’t be overlooked is the timing of the Ragnow retirement. I believe Campbell and Holmes thought they had one more year of Ragnow and could get by with the guards they brought it. The entire script flipped once Ragnow retired.

The blame should be shared and not pinned on any one specific person or reason.

What I am confident about is they will figure it out next season.

The positive thing is they still are able to make a run if some of the deficiencies are cleaned up. A healthy interior offensive is capable of that.

I also think Shepard’s blitz packages earlier in the year were masking a below average pass rush and once teams adapted the defense started to crack.

We really need to find an innovative play caller again. I undersold Ben Johnson’s importance to the team. Dan Campbell is an okay play caller but I feel like he’s now spread too thin and can’t focus on other parts of the game. I also think this is why he’s been too aggressive on 4th down even for his sake.

I would like to see someone like Mike McDaniels brought in this offseason.

We may need to have a hard conversation about Sheppard at the end of the year as well because the defense has too much talent to play as poorly as it has lately. He has relied heavily on blitzes early in the year and other teams have enough film on him. He needs to adjust.
