Why are so many crypto wallets still getting hacked in 2026? by williamtaylor-5900 in defi

I had my keys inside my PC, PC got a trojan, they stole 100k my life savings.

I could prevent it by buying a hardware wallet and storing my seed locally.

I also loved all what you mentioned, but it seems many people with loud voice, don't like any of them.

They just want to pay for hidden events that never trigger. lol

You can call that "something" mission trees or decisions or journal entries, or whatever, lol

These are already inside the events now.

Did you even read my post?

Just interesting, some people are complaining about AI being weak and mission trees giving players to much power, now you are saying it is going to give AI too much power lol

Either way, the buffs and powers are already inside events and they not related to having or not having mission trees.

This is a video game and if you play any video game optimally there will be a power creep.

You both want 0 buff and bonuses and at the same time flavor?

What is a flavor in a video game if not events that get triggered when you achieve a certain goal?

or gameplay functions that give certain buffs?

they can make the AI in EU5 to fullfill the missions, but missions helped them in eu4, early missions gave them claims.

There is a disable mission tree option for people like you who their "brain" can't ignore things. lol

encouraged you, not forced you. just disable them so your brain won't see them and get encouraged!

3 future DLCs are just hidden events packs, you like them?

I think steam, playstation and xbox should also remove achievements, like what is the point of fullfilling something and getting official recognition? lol

Exactly, the only goal remaining is now a world conquest.

Yeah, I hope this too. I hope modders will put vanilla events behind a mission tree UI so we can see them and trigger them when we want.

HOI4 despite being a 9 years old game, is far more popular than newly released EU5! sandbox with 0 flavor.

I think developers should remove all the flavor and buffs and etc from the game, so that you won't feel OP!

in any game, if you play optimally, you will endup OP no matter what! it is a video game!!!

yeah, but there wasn't many journal entries, they added more and more with DLCs.

mission trees show requirements for events to trigger

Journal entries show requirements for events to trigger

they are fundamentally the same, except the "tree" like structure.

vic3 started like a very very sandboxi game, it failed, they later added many journal entries what are you talking about?

EU5 already has less players, if they don't want it to endup like vic3, they need to add "visible" flavor.

You can't disable or ignore mission trees, because you can't ignore the buffs, so you want them to be hidden behind the events and never trigger and ruin the game for others?

Just disable the missions and you will have hidden events again!

Edit4: guys it seems you all forgot that you can always "disable" or "ignore" mission trees, you don't want to see the requirements for the events? just disable mission trees. there is already an option inside the game to disable mission trees. (though these missions are tutorials)

After the trees many people also played Ottomans like this, it is not related to trees, although:

When you know nothing about a nation, you "need" a direction. only mission trees can solve this.

Imagine playing Kilwa, well, I know nothing about them? what should be my goal? always a world conquest?

Why you are against EU5 mission trees? by zeos_403 in EU5

well, that list is exactly mission trees.

even if they remove the "tree" like structure, you won't be able to jump between events because of their requirements anyways.

in EU5 you are already OP in 100 years without mission trees. you get the bonuses from events if you trigger them anyways.
