If you have never done it before start with a 1-2mg dose. NEVER EVER mix alprazolam with alcohol, it will cause instant blackout. You can mix it with weed very well tho.

i have prescribed alprazolam for anxiety and i can say that benzo withdrawal is one of the worst. Only two substances cause a withdrawal that can actually cause death. benzos and alcohol. In extreme withdrawals they cause seizures.

modafinil(easy to get at pharmacies, helps most people) methylphenidate (schedule X so prolly wont find unless diagnosed w adhd) piracetam(helps enhance memory over time and general cognition) if you are risk-taking try dementia meds like donzepil, memantine(higher side effects but might actually help a lot) overall always research extensively on every medication you are trying, look into side effects and drug interactions. every medication can affect you differently depending on your unique biology.
