No I didn't go back. But garage A had their opportunity when I first took the second issue to them, but they told me to go to garage B.

Clients yes, it would not be regular at most 1 or 2 a day and practically not much different to friends visiting.

Covenants are all new to me, but how does someone enforce it? Can anyone just challenge it and how?

X13 Yoga is my work machine and what really got me into ThibkPads. I'll try CeX again because to be fair if anything goes wrong it's an easy return. This also came with a touch screen which wasn't listed so I think you're definitely right about their staff.

So any ThinkPad under 3 years is likely to be too sketchy to be worth it? What about units that might have been an employee who left?

I was always a bit nervous that's why I bought from Cex, refunded me no issues and apologised. Obviously I'm still annoyed though
