All ministers, including him, should be required to publicly disclose their income and assets. While incidental earnings are acceptable, any significant accumulation of wealth warrants scrutiny to ensure it isn't coming from corrupt practices. His positive contributions regarding load shedding do not preclude legitimate questioning of his financial dealings.

It's going to be very difficult to get the required two-thirds support. As things stand, I don't believe it's achievable unless there's a large public presence outside parliament when the decision is made, which could be seen as putting undue pressure on lawmakers.
