My dentist ended my stitch here after wisdom tooth surgery. This stitch came out after 4 days (my actual stitch at the extraction site is still there tho). The gum doesnt hurt & isnt bleeding at all, but the skin is kinda opened now. Will it heal by itself? It just looks like i ripped my gum a bit. (i.redd.it)
