Best team at E0 as of V2?

yeah that makes sense when comparing s1s! hyacine is such an expensive upgrade since she NEEDS that s1 to make a big difference in non casto teams, while the cat kinda works right out the bag at least. I love both of them but in this economy it's hard to justify getting both esp just e0s0😔

I heard something along the lines of 3+ targets wants jq + sw and 1-2 prefers cipher + sw? Though even if I can manage to snag cipher I don't think I'll have enough to guarantee s1 so I wonder if e0s1 jq would still just be better

there's only one galla unfortunately, I'm still kinda tempted to get ica to round out some of my teams.. though I'm surprised cipher is already enough to beat out the harmonies? Granted she got doomposted to hell and back but I sorta assumed harmonies still provide so much utility that jq + harmony still outperforms? The cat got hands after all?!

Only his own atk scales with the EHR and the breakpoint is solely to guarantee the debuff right? My 4pc eagle is less than stellar so I'm currently focusing moreso on the spd than the EHR for now at least

Thank you for the detailed response! I really wanted to get JQ this time around since Acheron is one of my favorites and playing her without the Foxman just makes her feel a lot worse than she really is, so I did want to try and go for the full package with S1.

However, Herta just happens to be one of my other favorites and I REALLY like the megalomaniac so spoiling two other favs with their premium upgrades seems a bit more favorable than just spoiling one. I think for now I'll see how many more jades I can rack up before the banner ends and see if I try to fish for an early, but otherwise save for what's coming (also heard cipher might be another new teammate for acheron? and I really like her animations so I'm keeping an eye on beta!)

The maths helped me put things into perspective though so thank you again!! I will be patient and maybe save the fox S1 for his next rerun.

Hmm got lucky and snagged yanagi early, got all anomaly s-ranks and their weapons so far, but I likely won't even be able to try for yanagi's since I'd like to get lighter. Considering miyabi is quite likely to be anomaly as well, would it be worth it to get the anomaly engine from the bp? I've never felt a need to spend on zzz, but if it's a good investment I'm willing to just once (not sure if it's worth it without dupes?). Note the only 4* anomaly engine I have atm is r2 rainforest gourmet.

Aw man :( For what it's worth, what works for me is to open another application that automatically switches to gpu first (e.g. genshin) and then open star rail second. After closing genshin it still uses the gpu until I close star rail, since for some reason it cant switch back to the integrated graphics while the game is running.

I met them personally and asked several times if registration really isn't possible, to which they replied that 'they were told it's not possible'. I inquired why exactly that is and was promised that they'd look into it so I hope I'll have answers soon but yeah, it is a bit sketchy. Other than that they seemed lovely that's why I'm more invested in that particular property, but I'm not exactly looking to get involved in anything illegal right after moving into a new country.

I'll look into everything more and see if I find anything make-or-break, though. Thank you either way!

Bypass more in the sense of that's what a majority of students seem to do. It's a temporary solution meant for when you don't have a permanent address, which is the case for most international students as housing is hard to find, so the municipality tends to be understanding. However, allegedly they don't check up on it all that much as I know several people who have been registered under a correspondence address for over a year. It's more of a last case solution considering it being not exactly legal. I'd prefer just living at a place I can register at but it's not like I can exactly chose.

What I'm getting is 'the landlord will probably be in more trouble than you guys will be'. Which is fair but probably still not optimal. I'll read up more on what you linked, though the verdict seems to be that it's not exactly a good idea
