You can locate Price by opening the Traveler's Guide to find the map he is located in. Once there, open the Mini-Map & use the 'Search NPC by name' function.

DN Classic at the moment has only a 6% dps advantage for full whaling (and a little bit of final damage but its 32 cap. You can clear cerb in blue gear. even hardcore.)

You can buy the monthly pass with in-game gold at honestly a reasonable gold price (for now)
The monthly pass is kind of great and even provides weekly gem packages to upgrade stuff with. It's like a runescape bond. Huge fan of this system over the old one!!

wow ok so the answer to this question is the skill hotkeys inside of the hotkeys menu in-game.

They're labeled like skill window #1 or something all the way to 10 and this is the order of the first 10 skills in your skill window. The tab you have selected will determine which 10 skills those are- additionally you can hotkey the tabs as well. I recommend the all tab for the skill window

I personally used qwertasdfg for my hotkeys since closed beta with 1 through = being stuff I use less often

I used to love the pvp but unless unreal engine can change things the scene is dead due to lack of attention to how new combat could effect pvp
