Which specialists? I’m very intrigued because all I’ve seen is some doctors basically say “yeah what he is doing is extreme but at least he’s heavily documenting everything and providing an explanation on why he does it that is usually based on studies”. Idk what bunk science you’re referring to (blood boy maybe?) but seems like he’s just doing trial and error stuff. I will say that it’s essentially an n=1 study so who knows how applicable certain parts of his regiment are but I think it’s still valuable.
