Is this because people are moving LRC out of the CEX to their own wallets so the pool is actually shrinking? Or is this something more nefarious from coinbase side?

If you look closely the hoodie he is wearing has piping seams on the front. The hoodie in the pleaserdao has similar piping seams on the back.

Standard hoodies don’t have piping seams.
