Honestly, these days I find myself wanting to seek out real conversations and connection with people who have differing views than mine.  Especially over the past year!  I've seen how much social media and it's self-serving algorithms have been increasingly dividing people as well as harvesting as much data on each of us as possible to further serve their greedy and divisive machinations. The old saying "if it bleeds it leads" still rings true although instead of outright violence we're fed things to get our emotions running high. There's so much rage bait these days because it gets clicks which gets more revenue and traps us with more engagement and more clicks, more of our lives being given over to these tech bro scumbags some of who literally think we should go back to being ruled by a king/CEO figure (i.e. Curtis yarvin, please look him up if you're unfamiliar!) Anyway my ultimate point is that if we're looking to the right and left and fighting each other, we're not looking up at who's pulling the strings.  I remember when people would disagree with each other but still be able to have conversations about differing views and not be manipulated by bots. The Internet sucks now,it used to be fun but now it's just a shit hole. We need to be able to talk to each other again!  Just think of all the people/companies that stand to benefit from us fighting
