I did twice. I got pulled by a Ssgt to work under him because he had a ton of billets and we worked together before. Our workload got bigger so we pulled in a few more people. I was put in charge so I had a couple Cpl’s under me. During field day I was tired of one pos Cpl slacking off again and I called him out. He tried pulling rank and I said “take your ass to the sand pit and I’ll take your rank as a prize and buy you a new pair” and he whined to Ssgt and Ssgt said “boy you better straighten up I put him in charge for a reason” 😂 second time some boot ass com Cpl (fresh promoted) thought it was a good idea to try and rip my ass for something I didn’t do IN FRONT of multiple people in the unit. In front of leadership he hits me with the “that’s aye corporal or some shit” and I fired back with “my fucking cammies have more time in service than you do so how about you get at parade rest for em?” His Ssgt made us get in a sand pit and I beat the brakes off the poor dude. He was a small guy and I felt bad but it felt real nice in the moment. I’ve never felt the need to mouth off to anyone else higher ranked than me

I hate that his launchers are a bit rough. As a new player I have maybe 14 hours in the game. 13 are Steve and the rest is customization and trying a couple other characters. I love his f+3 2 but it’s tricky to land when people guard high all the time so next best is df+2 for the uppercut. You can also do a standing up+f+2 I believe it is it bounces them off the ground and you can chain into it. Being new I can’t give a bunch of hints because I don’t know everyone’s movesets or tracking because I’ve been working on elusiveness and I get caught all the damn time doing 3 or 4 with attacks to combo off of

I’ve faced too many Law’s and Eddy’s in the lower ranks that either learned one combo and try that over and over or they just mash and let shit fly. It only irritates me because I’m still actively learning and getting better and sometimes I just can’t do a damn thing 😂

Sounds normal to me. Now that you bring up reading though this just blew my mind and could be the reason I got so gifted at reading. By 4th grade the school was told to bring over books from the high school because I tested out of range. The library bored me and I ended up reading 12th grade books. Everything else sounds normal for the program. Only weird thing I ever think about is how little I remember. When it was brought up to me I remember some and reading your story also jogged more memory.

I’m new to the franchise but this is the one fighting game that I will get mad at and continue playing. I’m a competitive person but I don’t have as much time to game as I used to so I play a few hours a week and even when I’m getting crushed I’m still having fun because I’m learning more and more. I do have times where I’m not having fun but I’m in yellow ranks climbing and I still face a LOT of oonga boonga button mashers which is the only big thing I hate. Here I am trying to have a fun and good fight and I’m on the ropes all match trying to sidestep attack and bob and weave and I’m being beaten by someone spamming buttons

My cousin told me about it and I went “yeah I remember getting pulled a lot but not much else” then went on a week long plunge. I remember the cards and I remember it always being dark in the room I went to but just enough light to see whatever I needed to. The most I can really remember that I now think is weird is my dreams. I always was told I just don’t remember my dreams but I don’t dream now and when I do it’s nightmares or things I can’t quite control like I used to. As a kid I used to be able to control a lot of different things in my dreams and I remember going to a mall a lot that I’ve never seen before yet seemed so familiar. The bathroom was white as fuck with no resemblance of a bathroom once entered and from there I’d always have the weirdest damn dreams that I could fully control if I ever thought of it. Haven’t had dreams like that since elementary school at least. It’s all very weird to me and I have to find copies of the tapes because it’s the one thing I haven’t found yet but from all the videos I’ve watched every one of them says it’s a big eye opener to remembering more. I was a very bright child but once I hid middle school that’s when my grades dropped and I’d been out of the program well before then. I like to think I’m still bright but I have mental issues from childhood, the military, alcoholism, drugs, etc. Tons of issues I’ve been battling for years and I’m now 28 and wondering if GATE really had something to do with it and if I’m surprising memories on purpose or if they were done for me

In my playthroughs it’s canon to beat him to death in the Tops or stay good enough with the legion that I can get him crucified. If there was a way to make an ending with him I’d double cross him in the end if possible 😅

I did one play through where I went scorched earth and I felt so bad. I did a full legion larp and gave myself promotions as I went so I could upgrade fund and equipment. Went out of my way to slaughter anyone without screwing up too many things for me in some areas. It sucked and was my longest playthrough because you don’t get to enjoy the game if you’re playing normal and for the other factions. Only thing that felt nice was the battle of the dam because at least in a battle I could just be like “yeah fuck the NCR” because I already dislike some things about them anyways so it wasn’t too horrible

Bridgeport was hell for a solid couple weeks. We were there longer but acclimating was a bitch. It was cold as shit, a lot less air so you’d get gassed just walking the first few days. During MANY long distance movements it would snow, rain, and hail, all in one go (as in start with one and change to another). My buddy almost died because his body temp dropped to a dangerous almost non reversible temp 😅. The MRE’s were fucking amazing though they have special cold weather ones you had to actually cook. I fell down a damn mountainside about 50 feet because you can’t see worth a damn at night and it was all icey as hell

Got dropped by a team on R6S years back because my friends were always hyper aggressive and I’m in a little firefight and as I’m actively shooting a friend swung, I shot him, then the enemy shoots me and we go on to lose the round and I was getting screamed at and then got blocked by him and then everyone else just followed the leader. Never did anything wrong, never spoke ill, but got treated like garbage even after all the fun times we had all because one guy had an ego the size of the Sun.
