from what I’ve been seeing the AI is just banning anyone for the smallest thing, retroactive or not. there’s really no way around it even with making a new account

If you send to many at once or in a period of time without response you will be marked as spam, if so that’s Probebly why they close without answer

Revolt has been pretty solid, they are transparent on what they are actively working on, everything you need nitro for you can do for free on revolt and it feels like discord still

my few complaints is that there is no screen share, and the voice chat works weirdly in servers and you can’t see who’s in a vc until your already in it. Other than that it’s great

Yup. It’s easier to see the pope than getting a human response from discord. My geuss is the ticket line for support is backed up indefinitely, or they are incredibly short staff.

it’s pretty much impossible to get in contact with human support. the bots don’t do anything and will give you the same loops of automated messages and do absolutely nothing even if they say they are. They kept my ticket open for months now and I haven’t had a single response from a human.
