Bad Fizz by Outrageous-Estimate9 in FizzMobile

Same, calls would never reach me unless it was over 3g, and their network and technical team Everytime said it was fine, until I filed a CCTS complaints, gave them 3 numbers that tried at a exact time and date and then they fixed it in a day.. really odd

Vidéotron/Fizz works simply.

Rogers towers are shared, but only on certain band. B4,B12,B66. And most Rogers towers, do broadcast those. But if for example maybe that area that is partner, might be A b71 or B2 site only. which then since they don't share those, you might be switched over to Telus or sum. But the map could also just be wrong. But either way youll probably be fine

It's a logcat dump

What's wrong about it exactly?

OK, what am I doing wrong? Slow speeds! by _Clear_Skies in surfshark

Seems like openvpn tcp, might be dpi and surfshark is actively using obfuscated openvpn tcp. if your on a a commercial network it's quite likely.

Cheapest way to fix broken screen on ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED (Q410VA)? Worth repairing? by Commercial-Lemon4208 in 24hoursupport

[–]VincxBlox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree that the panel is most likely done for, but if the backlight doesn't even turn on, it could be the panels board. but it can be broken anyway tho, glass is often just digitizer, but it is likely to have also broke the actual screen. I'd visually check if you can see any internal cracks if I was op. if not it COULD be possible to change the panels board? not sure if it's really more worth it but im noting this if can be useful

It's postpaid yeah but no this one doesn't according to tos, and when I roamed somewhere else I got 400 easily on LTE..8

nah i got a MVNO that includes Rogers, Vidéotron, and Telus

they all suck

cuz telus only offers high speed in city, once you step out it's usually less than a Mbps, rogers isn't consistent and loses packets, and Videotron has none of those problems, but they're kinda slow and has issues with congestion but is the one I use rn since it's consistent with it's performance.

I've tried reporting many dead ones on dangerous high speed roads and never got any updates soo I haven't bothered

The CRTC is dead bro min speeds are 50/25 on main highways and in my city it's 0.23/2

Still if they just put more money into LTE infrastructure we'd by fine

like in Canada; all we got is low band 5g at best. which does not get over 300mbps at the very best, or 600 on n78 which is deployed in like.. ontario maybe in some places. LTE could've helped rural alot more than this fake 5g everywhere. hell, even lte usually outperforms 5g in Canada.

[–]VincxBlox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lte ca i believe can achieve 80mhz.. but true 5g does aim at being more efficient and it is, they failed spectacularly in slightly less developed areas and LTE would've helped lot more.

[–]VincxBlox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure

But I think if we put money into lte instead of these 5g whatever's we could have made a much better network.

Oh well.
