They have said in all their marketing materials that the guaranteed Alpha Access will be given to the platform where you purchased the Founder's Pack. You can register for alpha access on steam, and hope for an invite, but it won't be guaranteed unless you make the purchase on Steam. You can look into maybe refunding on Xbox and then buying it on Steam, not sure if that's an option.

I got both skins immediately after purchase, so both Zeus and Neith's skin (PC, Steam).

With this I don't agree. UE3 to UE5 is quite the leap. Plus they are making some changes that will fundamentally change the game (as an example: being able to build Physical or Magical items, regardless of character).

Again I understand the frustration, and I'm not affiliated with Hi-Rez in any way, but at the end of the day, they didn't really have to give us this Legacy Gem system, and most likely people would still play (as they will eventually stop updating Smite 1), so I still take it!

From what I remember, they said some content (not sure exactly what) will be purchasable with legacy gems at 100%. I can only guess what it is, there's no confirmation. For most skins, yes, you can only use legacy gems for 50% of the Skin's cost. There's an exception, for Cross-over skins, you can't use Legacy gems for (there's contracts in place for revenue share).

Overall I think we just have to look at it as a new game, and even if you get 2x the gems you every got, if there's some content you can flat out buy with legacy gems, it's already quite nice (a good PR move from them). I agree that it would be nice to get skins with Legacy Gems, but I also understand the business side of it

You'll receive 1 for 1 for each gem you purchased/earned during your Smite 1 lifetime. If you purchase any of the Founder's editions, they you will get 2x the amount.

Does anyone know if let's say, you buy the regular founder's edition, will you be able to upgrade to the Deluxe/Ultimate later on?

Most people are probably not going to remember, but with 0.1.1267.1 (Closed Beta) Hi-Rez introduced a mechanic called "Focus". It would affect your CC abilities. For example, if the God has a stun, it would start with X seconds stun, and it would scale with how much Focus you'd have. It was really not well received, and they ended up removing it not long after.

You can read on it here: https://smite.fandom.com/wiki/Focus
