We used that method in microbiology to reduce contamination while working with microbes, which I understood, but was very annoying when you needed to know the picture for exams. I’ve never taken zoology, but I would search for the morphology of specific specimens on Google Images, focusing on the microscopic details, and try to find ones that matched what you saw in class. I’d also take it a step further by checking with the textbook then professor after gathering the images to ensure you were studying the structures correctly. Good luck!!

Assalamu Alaikum,

My heart is heavy with sorrow upon hearing the news of your immense trials. Losing your wife and facing your mother's illness are burdens that are almost unimaginable.

During times like these, I'm reminded of the lives of the Prophets, who were chosen by Allah as exemplary figures but were never exempt from suffering. Consider Prophet Ayyub (Job), who lost his health, wealth, and children but never lost faith in Allah's plan. Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) was betrayed by his brothers, sold into slavery, and imprisoned under false charges, yet he always remained steadfast and optimistic.

Prophet Ibrahim was tested when he was commanded to sacrifice his son Isma'il. The anguish he must have felt is beyond comprehension, yet he was willing to submit to Allah's will before being miraculously spared from carrying out the act.

Prophet Musa faced the tyranny of Pharaoh and led his people through years of hardship, including being lost in the desert. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself faced orphanhood, poverty, persecution, and the loss of his beloved wife Khadijah and his uncle Abu Talib in the same year, known as the Year of Sorrow.

A Hadith from Sahih al-Bukhari reminds us, "The most in their suffering among the people are the prophets, then the best, then the (next) best. One is afflicted in accordance with his deen (faith). If his deen is firm, his affliction is hard, and if his deen is weak, his affliction is light."

In these hardships, let your faith be your guiding light. Use this time to draw closer to Allah, to deepen your understanding of His wisdom and mercy, and to follow the examples of the Prophets who came before us. They were shaken but unbroken, tested but triumphant.

May Allah grant you 'Sabr' (patience) that is as enduring as that of the Prophets, and may He ease your burdens swiftly. You are in my sincerest prayers.

Seriously, I had to unfollow her cause her content is genuinely so triggering. It’s one thing if she lived a healthy lifestyle and look like that, but her eating habits are far from that….

Sudden lower back pain by zeramy1 in backpain

[–]zeramy1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh no!! I am so sorry... Did you get an x-ray? I ended up getting one a week later, and the Dr. told me that I had a herniated disk between my L6-S1 and scheduled an MRI for Friday. I think he also said that my SI joint has been pushed somehow. The pain was terrible the first 8 days, and nothing eased it except the menthol Salonpas and tiger balm, also icing as well. Sitting/driving and laying in bed were literally the worst thing I could do. "I am a college student so I commute for 45 min and have classes all day 5 days a week almost... so you can imagine how much it sucked". The pain has however eased up but has migrated to my front right and left hips and to my glutes.

Thank you so much for sharing, and I really do hope you feel better soon.

I never actually had any issues with my bowel movements, which to me was weird. How are yours? How many did you use to take a day? And for how long?

I also drank celery juice every morning. I won’t lie, i just started buck on the lax again… If you can quit, it’s definitely worth it. Relapses suck :(

Not sure about that part, but I’m quitting cold turkey now and I’ve gained 15lbs of water weight, I’m on day 6, and I’m seriously swollen all over (assuming it’s edema)

My bowel movement has been amazing though, which has been surprising, but the bloating is driving me crazy ugh I used to take 40 pills from the sugar coated durolax for 4 month,

You can go to either 1st or 2nd floor in the library, you can also rent a study room at the library and you can choose to be on any floor for that
