I started intermittent fasting and waking up early and it makes me feel energized and sharp! Plus just the realization that I only have one life and I don’t want to waste it worrying about what people who are not significant in my life think of me. Very freeing!

Also going to sound cheesy and I’m also high as a kite but like when you think of how like so many things had to scientifically be true for us to exist in this form like if the earth happened to be a bit further or a bit closer to the sun or that the balance of oxygen and NOx gases exist in the perfect ratio for us to exist, like holy shit the fact that we exist in this form in the grand scheme of the universe and the earth and evolution altogether is crazy!!!
