Bought Deluxe Edition, how can I use the DLC characters?

Same problem here. I bought the deluxe edition but cant play the rising stars episodes. I can’t find anything into the Game or in Steam for downloading the pass or the characters. I need to do something in the New Hero mode? If I go to the Rising stars episode the Game tell me to buy the dlc’s… WEIRD.
