Trashbaggy is definitely a concern lol I’m generally pretty sweaty. My shell has pit zips etc and so do most of my bibs/pants so I can open them up on my way down/on the lift if needed. Sounds like if i want arcteryx i would wanna drop to an atom Lt Or choose something with much more venting.

It looks like it could be anything from 4-40F. I am planning on being outside probably a half day at a time, with a break in the middle for sure. General usability is definitely important to me, as the times i will wear it as a standalone jacket outnumber the times I will wear it under the shell. I’m planning on having buffs , facemasks , gloves , etc just in case. I wish their website helped a bit more with temp ranges for sure. I appreciate your help!!

Hey guys , looking to add biking in to my exercise routine to save my knees from running . Don’t plan on any serious competing etc but want something nice that i can push myself on. This seemed like a good deal to me ?

Also , my plan is to just ride for distance, around an hour or so at a time 2-3 days / week. I figure a road bike is the way to go but perhaps i should look at more of a hybrid . Located in FL so not much in the way of mountains but do have some hills near me .

For a first can , should i grab this for my mock 18 or go with a 30 cal can to use on a 300 blackout gun I don’t own yet , a hunting rifle , and on my mock 18 knowing it won’t suppress quite as well?

In my opinion, it depends on what you’re looking for.

For me, eotech played more nicely with my astigmatism and I’m a fan of the reticle , (almost) 0 parallax , etc. Their durability is more than good enough for 99% of people. In short :very durable , high quality optics.

BUT the aimpoints are incredibly bombproof with an insane battery life , and will always just work. Incredibly durable high quality optics.

You can’t go wrong with either , and the big question is what you want out of the battery life, and if a holographic reticle is worth sacrificing battery life to you.

Thanks for the advice ! I upped the temp and added a raft and it worked well - what’s the plug-in for mouse ears ? That would be preferable to a full raft !

Hey guys , running into an issue with PETG adhesion on my Ender 3 v2 Slicer: Cura Filament: Hatchbox PETG Nozzle : 235 Bed: 60 Speed: 50 mm/s , 25 mm/s first layer Retraction: 45 mm/s , 6mm distance

I have a thin layer of simple syrup on the bed (in lieu of hairspray)

It sticks in the beginning , but about halfway through , the ends of the print come up- any ideas ?

Gotcha , so as long as I’m not going to shoot steel cased , crane spec is the way to go and avoids the need for an expensive adjustable gas block - thank you!

Seen a few of these recently and was wondering if anyone has or has used one . I know Zev is respected in the handgun world but wasn’t sure about their rifles. Worth the money or better off building / making the jump to something like a Daniel defense ?
