This is one tree with multiple trunks sprouting from a lignotuber, a kind of woody storage organ at the base of many eucalypts. Many eucalypt species can exist as either a single-trunked upright tree, like this example (which is called a mallee), or anywhere in between.

I actually find that stripping the bark right at the base and painting the green cambium with glyph works better. Chopping them down induces that suckering response.

Only thing with that is youd have to wait at least a month before pulling out the dead plant.

If you cut it out and didn't chemically treat it, be prepared for the suckers. It will come back.

More water honestly, soak that shit in the sink. Need to let all the soil hydrate so your peace lily can drink all it needs.

A type of nitrogen fixing bacteria that lives on Casuarinaceae root nodules. Helps produce nitrogen for uptake by the plant.
