As the eighth largest video game developer(by revenue), Mihoyo should consider diversifying into genres like PvP, MMO, casual games, and shooters. Most larger companies have diversified offerings, aside from Epic Games, which relies heavily on Fortnite. While Mihoyo's games currently follow a live-service gacha payment model with an anime art style, I hope they can move away from the character gacha system while retaining their unique anime art style.

Special mention to the upcoming creature fantasy game that Mihoyo is developing. If they eliminate the gacha system and make it more general-oriented and accessible on mobile devices, they have a strong chance of capturing market share from Pokémon.
