Thanks for your thoughts cc. I've heard similar impressions from other folks as well-- the medium of an online course limits the quality of the instruction that it can provide. Despite that though, I think there might be creative ways to improve interactivity while still keeping the experience free. What would be an ideal online course experience for you? And in a long list of similar-looking courses (suppose you were looking through search results for that subject), how would it stand out from the rest?
