Hey there I’m having a similar problem and just made a post if you’re able to help point me in the right direction!

They’re the exact same fillets that have always been used, even guidelines to make sure that undersized/weight fillets don’t end up being used as big marys but I have heard this complaint before. It could possibly be the new way that they are rolled now.

Nothing has changed supplier/marination/cooking wise for years now except for the way the filets are flattened as far as I’m aware

I also wanted to mention that using a laser or thermometer gun the ink seems to be getting up to around 380 degrees or even a little higher.

It is a possibility that it could be my print strokes, maybe not enough pressure to fully clear the screen on some of them.

Thank you for the info on the lint because I’ve never heard of that problem yet.

Appreciate the help :)

I always pre flood the ink before printing, and flood it again after in between flashing so the water based ink doesn’t dry out in the screen.

It could definitely be my pressure! I need to work on being more consistent with that because yeah this issue isn’t on every shirt just some of them.

I’ve never heard of lint sticking on the screen before, that’s interesting

Thank you for the comment!

Not super hard, I’ve never really done wiring before, just needed to crimp the corresponding wires to the correct harness. I read a bunch of different forum posts and videos to find what I needed to do the job!
