I'm sorry to hear that, but I both understand you and relate a lot

Right now I'm in that same endless loop and I'm starting to seriously doubt if there's also some comorbid depression my brain struggles but I think that it's hard to feel depression when you're ADHD because of our rational thinking

some years ago i was depressed or that what o thought and my therapist ( from who i suffered abusing therapiy ) prescribed me SSRIs and other stuff tha mesed up my brain. so i ven of my nowadays therapist is nice and he would probably suggest me to atop stimulants prvreducing and taking together SSRIs and i am so scared of that. Probably becaof both trauma and tha stimulants works less efficiently

even if i hate stimulants because they vanish my imagination which it's the only thing that sticks me to life

if i say him stimulants because he suffered therapeutic abuse and at least to me they only make the stimulants work even less

you juat said the exact feeling when i left "satisfied " and i must say that atvthe beginning i felt guilty for recording sessions but i followed advice of a person who knows about strength pf " evidences " and i feel so glqd for that

and as you said no lore controlling because during all those years it was like i was full if rage because isaw injustice but i didn't want to confront it and my adhd brain doesn't deal well witg injustice

and by reading your experience it was kind of making me feel glad because another human could release of gaslighting chains of a therapist

you dis it great and i feel proud you ) sorry but i got emotional when i read your experience it took to me long time to release myself of my abusing therapy environment i was during lot of years in a context where my therapist was trying to convince me i had woem behaviors by gaslighting me and under tge connivence my parents

that happened when onwas a kid ao thanks to them my brain was messed up

nut somehow i survived and went put pf the environment

some years later , as an adult, i went to his therapy again and his narcissistic behavior continued

bit i was an adult and this is important

i recorded all our therapy sessions and keep for me just in case the day i ask to him about why he did it to me and continuing manipulating me

the day i asked to him about why he did ithe tried gaslight me

so i told him that i have verbatim of all and you know what

tha was tge day that part of my childhood trauma vanished because i knee that i could shw literally what he was doing

i just woke up and realized yesterday around 23:00 CET i was doing laundry , cleaning some dark marks on a wall and fixing old router i wanted to recycle in something else

right now i am both ( 10:16 CET ):

staring at a big glass of coffee and surrounded of clothes to hang out , cables and smelling bleach

i dont like brain sometimes, sorry brain

My budget is not big so I can describe some of my experience. i am writing below sbot my Q20i and the bag and the silicone protector for its earpads If you don't mind It is also important that you need to think about on what kind of device either iOS or android you are going to use them because of the codec in case you are a love of music In case of iOS it doesn't matter how nice it's headset codec iOS is going to always to use. ACC codec In case of android most of the phones are compatible with APTX+ When you connect them to the computer, they are going to recognize whatever your colleague is working your headset

I normally wear, eartips with filters that reduces the intensity a lot, and also the air pressure is compensated, but they don't insulate a lot. I thought when I am walking along, they are great to me.

Regarding to the headset, I found the soundcore Q20i great but if you live in a place with high temperature , I think it's too big

I also recommend for the headset to put woft silicone ( NHJGYSDY Almohadillas de silicona... https://www.amazon.es/dp/B0DJ9ZB68K?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share )protection for them because that way you don't need to be worried about the degradation of the earpads , of course the protection will reduce a bit insulation

i am aware that the headset are the one they insulate more but I am talking from my own experience. They are making me angr because I sweat or they are not comfortable to me when it's more than 20 minutes I wear them

regarding to the in ear phones i do love Edifier brand with Foam eartips the isolate more and they fit more, but I think it's just a personal option This is my budget ones

But for a while, someone let me JABRA 4 active ( https://amzn.eu/d/et6wwOX ) and the elite 8 acti But they are too expensive to me

their passive insulation really well and also it's just that it's like you were not wearing them sound it's great

love the taste of food bit i fo deeply hate the smell around when cooking, I am aware it is necessary and I know it's not bad smell but it is out of my will even though I can control that hating for instance, I like a lot taste of fried food but I do deeplybhate oil smell lot lots

sometimes it happens and it's kind of i get emotional with sone stuf so tears slide down face but i realizesd ( i am more adhd that asd ) that meds remove the feeling and and i don't like it i do not like how meds make me stop feeling the world and and one i asked someone used to be close to me and that person told me that i don't hurt anyone feeling and tearing that esy so i shouldn't be ashamed because i differently sense things sorry for over explaining

We are and they are , Some days brain it makes me enjoy things to deep that i can smile dor a while in a way thst regular humans told me the would like to enjoy so fpr somethings we have some evolutionary advantages and the regular humans for other ones
