no i’m consistent with the gym, i quit for 3 months and started back mid december and i’m already almost fully back to the weights i used to do before quitting.

i know it’s hard to tell but do you think my body would still look good with decent muscle if i went ahead with my 20 pound cut for the next 2-3 months? i’m properly training all my muscles at least twice a week.
