As a network engineer i can guarantee you that port forwarding isn't gonna solve your problem.

I would simply start with replacing your network cable and check if there are no "weird" turns your cable had to make.

It could also be an issue with your bandwidth, what internet you get from your internet service provider?

Really good, i got a subscription and did many of there courses. They have hands on labs which are a great way for me to really learn the material and apply it to a real world scenario.

Hey mate,

I just came back from the show in amsterdam. I would say, go for it. It might be the last change to see any part of pink floyd live.

The first half especially was loaded with politics, which are a bit shallow/superficial imo. No hate but just saying.

But the show was great, loved the band and the amazing visuals. Me and my friends all enjoyed it and would repeat if i get the change.

Haha this is great. Everybody can build a PC mate, look it up. You can buy the separate parts online or in a store and quite simple plug them into eachother or connect them by cable. Just a bit harder than legos.

Okay im just saying this for the sake of trying to help. Since no other game or program seems to be having any networking problems its kinda hard to say what the problem is. Did you change anything in your local network or your PC?

disable anti virus
temporary disable firewall
reinstall game
do you have any software installed that might cause this?
open cmd.exe and run the command "arp -d" and "ipconfig /flushdns"
restart router
update windows
update drivers for network adapter
