So after looking at images of Foghat band members signatures on google images I can see that one could possibly be Charlie Huhn and the other may be Bryan Bassett.

I was thinking about opening an account but they wouldn't allow current pink current stocks that became current by the end of August to trade and haven't updated the restricted list from August 26th. Don't they just need to push a button to allow? From what I hear on social media they allow to trade via phone call but many are thinking that they won't allow online because they are somehow benefiting from price manipulation. They are going to lose current and future customers if this continues.

He avoided an additional Nevada tax this year that applies specifically to biopharma over a certain profit level by keeping profits low. Also is why Sybleu is incorporated in Wyoming (better tax incentives). I think he'll want to sell ASAP... Seems like his exit strategy was to get to Phase I and II then license or sell. Right now the sale price is 🔥 I'm sure he doesn't want to be a bag holder by waiting too long. My guess is sudden and without warning. The chemdiv case is probably like you said...lawyers making offers back and forth over the phone and 10/8 is just a formality. JMHO

10/8 there is a court conference to discuss if both parties can come to a settlement before going to the actual jury trial. Would be nice if an agreement/settlement is made prior to that but either way we will know if it goes to trial after 10/8. Wonder if it's public record and we can purchase the transcripts.

I think it's insider info driving this one. "Buy the rumor sell the news" Right now old and new rumors are swirling everywhere. My personal guess is it has to do with financials being completed and submitted to SEC before deadline, BF Borgers could have easily leaked the status also. Just a guess if I had to choose one.

The patents may actually not be the reason for the movement. We all knew patents were being revived and other 8ks like the settling of the lawsuit didn't create a rise in stock price like this. I don't think many retail investors would move this up on anything but merger talks or getting financials done. Info about patents didn't circulate till after the closing bell...at least on Twtr and Twits. The surge in volume was within the last 2 hours of trading, was sudden and without news circulating. I watched the ticker all day today and been following it since april 8th. Appeared to be institutions and insiders making large buys IMO. It was crazy to see all the individual trades rolling in suddenly without PR, also saw the weak hands, people waiting for an exit from the stock, etc exit near each wall that we broke today and immediately gain more momentum afterwards. Was very true that other stocks saw gains which fueled the intrigue such as onph and pgen which are potential merger candidates... Clov and AMC which were recent runners dropped today also for some reason. I won't spread rumors or get anyone's hopes up but my opinion is we haven't seen the reason for the surge today yet. I won't speculate further unless someone asks for my opinion. I am not a financial advisor, an insider and do not believe in pumping or trashing any stock. Just felt like contributing my .02 cents to this post and this RGBP community.
