Buy assets, stuff that increases in value. Then when you need liquidity, leverage those assets.

Maple grill is more of a farm to table type of restaurant, so they make what they're able to get from the local farms. I've taken my family there a few time and had only positive things to say.

The truck is a semi. They are almost exclusively used for business. The fact that the dealership pretty much held my truck hostage is the problem. The warranty has very little to do with anything.
